Kabarak University is proud to celebrate a remarkable achievement by our own Adeline Kiptoo, who has been crowned Best English Oralist at the 34th Cristof Heyns African Human Rights Moot Court Competition, held at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
This highly respected competition, organised by the Centre for Human Rights, unites law students from across Africa to argue a hypothetical case before the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights—an invaluable platform for nurturing the next generation of human rights defenders.
Adeline’s outstanding performance is not only a personal triumph but also a shining moment for the entire team, the Kabarak Law School, and the broader Kabarak University community.
We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to Cephas Njoroge, her teammate, and Samson Muchiri, their dedicated coach, whose guidance and support made this victory possible.
This accomplishment reflects our drive to cultivate graduates who make meaningful contributions on the global stage, advocating for justice and human dignity wherever they serve.
Onwards and upwards!
