Minimum Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission into the Master of Science in Data Science, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics (with sufficient computing units), or another related discipline with at least:
- First Class Honours degree or GPA of 3.0 on a 4.00 scale
OR
- Upper Second Class Honours degree or GPA of 3.0 on a 4.00 scale
OR
- Lower Second Class Honours degree or GPA of 2.50 on a 4.00 scale, with:
- Additional relevant training,
- Evidence of research capacity (e.g., research, presentations, or peer-reviewed publications), and
- Relevant working experience of at least two (2) years.
