One of the standout moments of the Celebration of Kenya's rich cultural heritage and artistic prowess, the 95th Kenya Music Festival Winners' State Concert held at State House, Nakuru County was the electrifying performance by Kabarak University's choir, which left everyone, including the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry Kiplangat, and the esteemed guests, President Dr. William Samoei Arap Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagwa, swaying to the mesmerizing melodies of Kabarak University's item. This performance not only showcased the incredible talents within the university but also demonstrated the power of music to unite and uplift spirits.

In an atmosphere charged with spiritual fervor, Kabarak University's School of Music and Media embarked on a profound journey on the 19th and 20th of August 2023. Their destination: the Light Christian Center in Machakos Town, where they joined in celebrating the church's remarkable 20th anniversary. Led by the warm and gracious host, Bishop Julius Wambua Kituku, a delegation from Kabarak University, including Dr. Anthony Somba, the Registrar of Academic and Research, Prof. Melitus Wanyama, the Dean of the School of Music and Media, Mr. Evans Erick Ochieng, a lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, and a group of enthusiastic students, marked the university's honored presence.

Kabarak University, nestled in the serene Nakuru County, is playing host to the 4th edition of the County Assemblies Sports Association (CASA) under the captivating theme, "Inculcating Integration and Social Interaction through Sports and Diverse Cultures." This landmark event is bringing together members of county assemblies from across the nation, creating a vibrant fusion of sports, culture, and camaraderie. Kabarak University's picturesque campus provides the perfect backdrop for a gathering of "Waheshimiwa" who are actively participating in both outdoor and indoor sports, as well as a lively music competition held in the University's auditorium. The peaceful environment of Kabarak University leaves attendees marveling, with cameras capturing every moment as they create cherished memories during their stay.
